I think I did ok at this little challenge for a first year student Very Happy
For what my opinion is worth I wouldn't have done a lat CXR. At my hospital we have a strict policy on only doing lateral chests for specific indications. It would have been interesting to see what the plain film lateral scapula looked like, but nice CT images!
